How to Order
To order please make your choices, click the ORDER button and when finished click on the CHECKOUT button.
The total will appear and if tax is applicable then that will show as an additional figure, as will postage as a final separate item. The total due must then be paid clicking the GO TO PAYMENTS button to pay by credit or debit card. You may also use the Paypal button.
Payment methods
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards, and by Paypal. No cheques, no MOs.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Items will be shipped within 7 business days with the exception of commissioned items, or items requiring an inscription - these items will be shipped within 14 business days.
Delivery is free for the whole of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. Orders are shipped by 1st Class Royal Mail. First Class mail normally takes 1-2 days delivery.
For orders outside the UK, please review our chart below. Orders are shipped by Airmail.

Returns & Refunds
Items may only be returned for a replacement or refund if received broken/damaged. You must notify us within 7 days upon receipt of the item if you need to make a return, or to notify us of any problems with your order.
Earrings can not be returned for health & safety reasons.

You can rest assured that we care about our site security for our customers, and make it a high priority. Our site uses 128 bit SSL encryption and is 100% secure during checkout and payment pages.
You will know that one of these pages is secure as the address will start with 'https://' (note the 's') and your internet browser's status bar will display a padlock.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. Sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers will not be stored by us, nor are they visible to us.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
